I couldn't resist joining the Four Seasons Quilt Swap and pulled these fabrics from the stash for the Fall Quilt. Can I cram them all into a quilt that has a maximum size of 18" X 18"? You betcha!
My other non-quilty news is that I have got a new job in a college, starting in the middle of September. Even better, it is within walking or cycling distance of home so I might get a bit fitter, you never know.

I am drooling here, that will be a gorgeous quilt for sure. Love the colors.
Lovely fabrics - and well done on the job front - does that mean you get (dare I mention it) longer holidays?
That will be an interesting little top, I think it will stand out with that much colour in it!
I love your mile a minute top, all those scrappy bits coming together into something pretty and useful. Better get building up the stash of strings for the next one.
I just love all those colours together, can't wait to see what you make with them.
*hugs*

Oh gorgeous fabrics!! Love them all. And certainly love your quilt, with it's riot of colour.
I just want to come & visit, & fondle all those lovely colours!!
What a gorgeous quilt these fabrics are going to make . . . I'm drooling on the keyboard right now *s*
Congrats on the new position.
I wish you luck in your new job.
I like your fabric selection very much. With those your quilt can only look good! Take care.
Congrats on the new job! Those fabrics are wonderful, and I can't wait to see them in an 18"x18" format!!!
You made a fabulous fabric selection for the fall quilt! Congrats on your new job!
I had the same plan - need to measure mine to make sure I am within the 18x18.... (I know one of mine is bigger - which is why I made the second one...)
I am a four seasons swaper too and I am very excited thinking on the project. I'm sure you will be able to put all your nice fabrics on the quilt. Congratulations for you ne job.
What gorgeous colours! Good luck with your new job and how convenient that it is so close to home.
